Shipping policy
We offer nationwide shipping across all governorates.
Standard Shipping: Shipping to most governorates is available at a flat rate of 60 EGP.
Southern Governorates and South Sinai: For locations in Upper Egypt, Sharm El Sheikh, and other southern cities, the shipping fee is 80 EGP.
Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days.
Refund policy
Requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of receiving the shipment, and the item must be in its original condition with the size tag attached.
No requests will be accepted after this specified period.
Any items that are damaged or missing their size tags will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Each shipment is entitled to one transaction only — either a return or an exchange.
The customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred during the return or exchange process.
In the case of a combined request (return and exchange), the customer must clearly state this. Combined transactions will only be accepted if the shipment contains more than one item.
In the event of a return or exchange during the free shipping period, the customer shall bear the return shipping cost.
The refund is available only through InstaPay or Vodafone Cash, and will be processed within 14 days after the item is returned and inspected.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we offer a free replacement with no additional shipping fees, provided the request is made within 3 days of receiving the order.
ينبغي تقديم الطلب خلال 7 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الشحنة علي ان تكون الشحنة في الحالة الاصلية ويُرفق ببطاقة المقاس الخاصة به
لن تُقبل أي طلبات تُقدم بعد انتهاء هذه الفترة المحددة.
أي منتجات تعرضت للتلف أو فقدت بطاقتها لن تكون مؤهلة للاسترداد أو الاستبدال.
يمكن لكل شحنة إجراء عملية واحدة فقط: إما استبدال أو استرجاع.
العميل مسؤول عن أي رسوم شحن إضافية تنشأ عند تنفيذ الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.
في حالة الرغبة في طلب مزدوج (استبدال واسترجاع)، يتعين على العميل توضيح ذلك حيث سيتم قبول العمليات المزدوجة فقط في حالة ان الشحنة بها اكتر من منتج واحد;
في حالة الاسترجاع او الاستبدال في فترة الشحن المجاني يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحن ذهاب وعودة
استرداد المبلغ يتم فقط من خلال إنستا باي أو فودافون كاش، وذلك خلال ١٤ يومًا بعد إرجاع القطعة والتأكد من حالتها.
إذا تم استلام منتج تالف أو معيوب او مختلف عن طلبك،نقدم استبدالًا مجانيًا للمنتج مع عدم دفعإ اي مصاريف شحن اضافية ، وذلك خلال 3 ايام فقط من تاريخ الاستلام
